Job DescriptionOur client are a multi award winning Financial Services firm specialising in Motor Finance Solutions based in Golders Green and offering hybrid working.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Collections Agent to join a dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections within a regulated environment, preferably in the asset finance industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing delinquent accounts, implementing effective collection strategies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Experience:must have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in collections, with a proven track record of success in a regulated environment.experience in the asset finance industry strongly preferred.understanding of CONC and relevant regulations and compliance requirements, specifically within the UK financial services sector.Package: Pay: starting at £40,000 plus 7.5% annualised bonusCompetitive pension contributionsCompetitive Holiday Entitlement
