The Senior Producer will be responsible for the planning and the delivery of world class creative experiences, overseeing creative and technology specialists and working closely alongside the technical production team to deliver projects, end to end.
Role Overview:
Ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects by successfully budgeting, scheduling and managing workload. Often working on 1-3 projects or workstreams at a time.
Be responsible for co-ordination of multidisciplinary teams, consisting of Creative Directors, 2D/ 3D Animators, Tech Leads, Spatial Designers, Developers, Production Managers etc.
Be the main client interface on a project; champion our work and process, explain complex ideas clearly whilst also playing the dual role of PA team advocate and managing client expectations.
Solve problems, make good decisions and communicate effectively, even in demanding situations.
Be passionate about delivering the best creative and find clever ways of producing it to maximise time and budget.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Be the day-to-day client contact. Present work in progress, take feedback, hold project progress meetings.
Manage the project budget in Procim, anticipate any overspend in good time and communicate to the Exec Producer before it becomes critical.
Create a timeline for the project and track this throughout, flagging delays to the Exec Producer.
Breakdown the brief or feedback and create a daily task list for team members, holding daily stand-ups where necessary.
Request resource from the Resource Manager.
Be on top of housekeeping. Document progress, keep files up to date and ensure everyone has access to latest versions.
Record learnings from each project and share to the wider team/ company.
Motivate the team and escalate any issues that may impact the project
Drive all deliverables to be of the highest quality.
Plan for and hold weekly internal status meetings with Account Managers, Production Managers, Tech Team and Marketing.
