An exciting opportunity for a confident and creative interior designer who loves to front end design and client pitching. 27th March, 2024 Senior Creative (Interior Designer)Workplace D&B Fit-out£65,000 - £75,000 p.a.London | Office Based As a Senior Creative, you'll lead the charge in crafting innovative interior design solutions for our client's most prestigious projects. Your role will span from initial client briefing and pitching to project completion, ensuring that their designs not only meet their client's expectations but also align with the company's vision. Exceptional pitching abilities are essential, as is the capacity to cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business and uphold our client's design firm's reputation. You'll need a keen commercial mindset, adept at designing within budgetary constraints and tight timelines. Our client prides itself on pushing design boundaries, providing expert guidance to their clients on optimal workspace solutions, and staying abreast of industry standards and advancements. Responsibilities:In a dynamic environment, your duties may evolve rapidly, encompassing:Thoroughly understanding and capturing client requirements.Conducting precise architectural site surveys and analyses.Crafting thoughtful and inventive space plans tailored to specific buildings.Developing concept designs aligned with client briefs, brand identity, budget, and project timelines.Collaborating effectively with various project stakeholders, including project directors, creatives, technical designers, and contractors.Adhering to project timelines established during kickoff meetings.Creating compelling storyboards, drawings, sketches, and other materials for pitch proposals.Delivering polished presentations of your design concepts to clients.Collaborating with clients to finalise finishes, layouts, and design details.Managing communication of design changes across the project team.Ensuring designs comply with building regulations and mitigate construction, occupancy, and maintenance risks.Promoting environmentally sustainable design practices and products.Overseeing technical design production and documentation.Participating in project meetings and monitoring on-site construction to ensure compliance with approved designs.Conducting comprehensive snagging at project completion.Supervising the creation of as-built drawing packs and operation and maintenance information related to your designs.Contributing to the refinement of studio workflows and practices, and staying updated on the latest workplace trends and products to maintain our industry-leading status.
