Our vision is to enhance the overall experience for all stakeholders in the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors.Role Overview: As a Senior Creative Designer at XA Group, you will hold a pivotal creative role, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling solutions that define and innovate our brand presence across diverse brands and channels. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of XA Group and its sister companies in the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors.Key Responsibilities:Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative
concepts and visual strategies that align with the business goals and
brand values of XA Group and its sister companies. Translate abstract
ideas into engaging visual designs.Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency
and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials,
maintaining a unified and professional brand image.Multichannel Design: Create compelling
visuals for a variety of digital and print platforms, including websites,
social media, email campaigns, newsletters, marketing collateral, and
more.Art Direction: Lead and manage the creative
direction of projects, including photography, video, and multimedia
content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's message and aesthetics.Innovative Design Solutions: Stay updated
with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh and
innovative solutions to the table.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with
marketing, content, and development teams to create integrated design
solutions that drive business objectives.Feedback and Revisions: Solicit and
incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design
concepts and materials.Project Management: Manage multiple design
projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are
of high quality.Qualifications and Requirements:Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts,
or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience as a creative designer,
preferably in a dynamic and innovative environment.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills
with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment with a high degree of creativity and adaptability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of best practices in design for digital
and print media.A passion for the automotive, insurance, and
healthcare sectors and an understanding of their visual needs.
