Senior Costs Draftsperson / Negotiator / Lawyer

Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 Firm within their costs department.
There is a steady flow of new instructions and you will have the opportunity to work on some really interesting cases. Whether you come from a background of working on cases covering commercial, personal injury, disease or clinical negligence this is a great chance for the next step in you career.
The ideal candidate will have experience of negotiating costs, drafting bill of costs, points of dispute, and preparing cases for detailed assessment.
This is a senior team leader position so you will also be supervising a small team of costs advisors including regular training, support and supervision.

The Candidate
Costs Advisor with some supervisory experience
Ability to deal with third party solicitors and insurers daily
Ability to maintain the highest client care standards
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
