Senior Cost Manager - Data Centre

Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Senior Cost Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a global, multidisciplinary consultancy based in London covering projects such as Data Centre work, Labs, Office, Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, and Rail amongst others. With over 80 offices globally the successful candidate will join the Mission Critical Division on a major Data Centre development in London for a significant blue client that is making a major investment in the London DC market. This is an exciting opportunity to transition to the busiest sector in construction with a company offering a platform to Director with further training and development. Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:5+ years experience as a Cost Mananger/Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.Previous experience in delivering MEP work A degree qualification in a relevant field.Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor/Senior to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment allowing people to progress quickly on projects changing the future of construction.
