Senior Corporate Solicitor

LHH Legal Recruitment Solutions have been instructed by one of our partner clients to find a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a leading South West firm's Corporate team working with an interesting caseload of Private Equity and Corporate matters.
For an experienced Corporate Solicitor this opportunity would allow plenty of work-life balance and progression opportunities.
Role Overview

Having the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of Corporate work with the support of the wider group will allow you to contribute to success of clients Private Equity Portfolios and Corporate Clients strategy. You will be able to oversee and support clients on Group Developments, crafting and implementing customized acquisition and disposal programs and managing re-structuring needs.
Candidate Requirements

Already at Senior Associate level, you will be interested in taking on complex, captivating and challenging matters across clients business functions and working collaboratively.
Naturally interested in more about your clients business needs you will be motivated to provide them the best possible options, your position as a trusted advisor will allow you to offer tailored solutions and alternatives to their business needs on a re-active and pro-active basis.
