At our company, no matter who you are or what your task is, everyone is expected to deliver impact, expand their knowledge & capabilities, innovate, and develop our people.About you:As a self-sufficient Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will be a key asset to our Group legal, compliance and corp. admin department, reporting directly to the Joint Head of Legal. Your role will involve managing a range of Group corporate legal, compliance and administrative functions, providing essential support to our operations, and embodying a strong sense of integrity in your work.Integrity, loyalty and ability to keep strict confidentiality are of high importance.Here is what you’ll get to do:We are a startup, so every day will be different, but you can expect to:Independently conduct comprehensive legal research to inform strategic decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.Draft, review, and maintain a variety of documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.Take ownership of corporate records, minute books, and essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to facilitate corporate transactions and compliance matters.Serve as a primary point of contact for external legal counsel, regulatory agencies, and business partners.Provide proactive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and travel arrangements.Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all legal and corporate activities.The ideal candidate has experience & qualifications in:Bachelor's degree in Law, paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.Proficiency in conducting independent legal research using online resources, databases, and legal tech tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of both legal and corporate principles.Independently managing corporate records, due diligence, and transactional tasks.Ability to thrive in a self-sufficient role, taking initiative and managing tasks autonomously.Commitment to upholding high levels of integrity and ethical conduct.If you are interested in this role please apply directly with your CV here or you can send it to my email at #####
