In this role the successful candidate will be a confident leader with clear and concise communication and exceptional organisational skills. Overseeing the hangar during the evenings, the right candidate will be expected to maintain regulatory and company standards whilst organising the control of labour within their responsibility.

This role would suit a motivated Supervisor who is looking for a fast paced environment that will present a multitude of challenges with the reward of exciting personal and professional development opportunities.

The Role:

• Carrying out maintenance tasks and filling relevant paperwork is completed
• Overseeing internal and external customer communications
• Ensuring all activities meet company and regulatory health & safety requirements
• Upkeep quality of labour through comprehensive work instructions and detailed work briefings
• Communicate progress through written reports and daily meetings
• Seek opportunities to increase productivity and decrease costs

The Person:

• Relevant aircraft mechanic experience
• Experience with one of the following types:
  • EMB 135 / 145 (Legacy 600 / 650)
  • EMB Lineage 1000
  • Phenom 100 / 300
  • Legacy 500 (Preator)
  • Challenger 604 / 605
  • Bombardier Global BD700
