Role Overview:
Senior Contracts Manager position overseeing various commercial flooring projects such as vinyl, laminate, wood, carpets, and carpet tile
Monitoring all site activity; organizing all site workers, collating risk assessments, and carrying out health and safety checks
Organizing the delivery of all materials needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time
Working closely with Contracts Managers to keep works running smoothly and ensuring project deadlines are met while maintaining project cost plans
Liaising with clients, providing project reports, attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings, and reporting project status to the Managing Director
Managing projects ranging in value from £500 to £250k
Ideal Applicant Requirements:
Must have 5+ years Contract Management experience within the commercial flooring or related market sector
Ideally will have sound technical knowledge of the flooring market sector including vinyl, laminate, wood, carpets, and carpet tile
Must hold CSCS Gold or Black card & SSSTS
Full UK driving license
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
Professional and highly organized
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
