CJC are currently looking for a�Senior Contract Support Officer on behalf large reputable client at their Dartford offices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the day to day running of a departmental call centre team�
- Monitor and analyse performance for a departmental team using call stat data reports, KPI reports, performace reviews etc
- Create engagement plans with your team to drive positive mindset and focus with your teams
- Provide coaching to team members on complaint handling, productivity, customer service skills
Requirments:
- Knowledge within the gas industry�
- Proven experiance within a similar role
