Senior Contract Support Officer

CJC are currently looking for a�Senior Contract Support Officer on behalf large reputable client at their Dartford offices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the day to day running of a departmental call centre team�


• Monitor and analyse performance for a departmental team using call stat data reports, KPI reports, performace reviews etc


• Create engagement plans with your team to drive positive mindset and focus with your teams


• Provide coaching to team members on complaint handling, productivity, customer service skills

Requirments:

• Knowledge within the gas industry�


• Proven experiance within a similar role
