Project Background
East Anglia Three is the second of Scottish Power Renewables East Anglia offshore windfarm projects to be developed as part of the East Anglia Hub. Once completed Anglia Three will become the world’s second largest windfarm, supplying enough green energy for 1.3million UK homes.
Consent for the project was received on 7th August 2017 and construction commenced in July 2022. Relevant to this role, the East Anglia Three Export Cable package covers both onshore and offshore HVDC cable linking the Offshore Convertor Station (OFCS) and Onshore Convertor Station bringing green energy ashore from the Windfarm off the Coast of East Anglia.

Main Purpose of Job
The Contract Manager will be responsible for client-side contract management of the East Anglia Three Offshore Windfarm EPCI Export Cable EPCI Contract.
Key Tasks
Support the Export Cable package team on Contractual and Commercial matters while reporting to the Lead Contract Manager about the status of the contract.
Anticipate contractual and commercial risks, opportunities and threats to the project and implement control measures or actions.
Oversee that projects comply and follow standard processes and procedures.
Coordinate all legal, insurances and procurement activities for the project area.
Monitoring the Supply Chain strategy for the specific area of the project
Correspondence, progressing variations/claims, administration of payments, general contract administration and updating trackers
Monitoring contractor performance in the project, to ensure quality, H&S and cost target are met and ensuring the project is implemented in a manner consistent with the contract terms and with sound commercial and risk management principles.
Key Criteria
Contract Management experience within offshore wind, Electricity Transmission, Interconnectors, or oil & gas large scale projects.
Excellent communication skills
within IAC or export cables packages/projects (Desired)
with FIDIC contracts or similar EPCI agreements (Desired)
Proven experience working and collaborating with multicultural teams.
