Senior Content Specialist Online EMEA (m/f/x)
You will make a significant impact by independently navigating all assortment and content-related topics of our NAM + EMEA digital accounts. With your experience and creativity, you will proactively drive process improvements to achieve the common goals of the eCom team. As an excellent communicator, you will network with internal departments (in the US, Europe, and India) as well as with customers.
Work-life balance is important to us here at Fossil, with this role, you will be able to take advantage of our agile working policy, our core hours are Monday to Friday 10 am - 3 pm beyond this you can work your hours to suit you. We have just moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global working policy is working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the content team, driving assortment onboarding and being responsible for all content-related decisions across the online key accounts in NAM + EMEA (Amazon, Zalando, ASOS)
- Create and update brand stores, A+ content pages, and product variations
- Ensure the product compliance of all listed products
- Conduct competitor research and share best practices with Key Account Management
- Be responsible for A/B testing, create reports, and define KPIs to measure success, e.g., impact on return rates, conversion, traffic
- Further improve content process automation, e.g., with IT interfaces
- Create documentation, provide training, and coach the product and graphic content team
- Be the point of contact for all assortment/content-related topics for expansion into new marketplaces
- Prepare and participate in meetings with our Key Accounts and internal stakeholders, e.g., sales, merchants, and digital marketing team
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly effective leader and communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Project management skills
- High degree of self-motivation and adaptability to change
- Experience in an eCom and wholesale environment
- Good understanding of the online customer journey
- Develop a strong understanding of [specific type of] products, categories, and brands
- Business fluent in speaking English is a must. Additional languages, e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian, are an advantage
