Senior Contact & Referral Officer (MASH) **We are working in partnership with aLocal Authorityin theCroydon areawho are looking to appoint aSenior Contact & Referral Officerto work within theirMASH Service.Contract- 3-6 Month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.Working Hours- Full time position. (36 hours per week)Location– CRO. (Hybrid 2/3 days in the office)Rate of Pay- £20 - £25 per hour. (negotiable on experience)As a Senior Contact & Referral Officer, you will play a key role towards delivering these outcomes and providing a high-quality service to local residents.You will work closely alongside MASH Team Manager’s, Social Worker’s, Senior Early Help Navigator’s, and MASH partners. You will have a key role, being the first point of contact for professional referrers and residents with Croydon’s MASH.About the Role: Process and new MASH referrals and information requests to ensure that these are inputted accurately and efficiently on the MASH social care recording system.Identify and ensure that any urgent matters are highlighted to the MASH Team Manager.Respond and provide professional and efficient responses to professional referrers and MASH partner agencies to enquiries.Respond politely and competently to all new calls into the MASH, using excellent listening and communication skills and ensuring the call is recorded accurately.Use social care and other information databases to ensure correct information about children and families is recorded, updated and shared as appropriate.Interrogate social care information to respond to requests for information.Ensure high quality feedback is given to referrers on the outcome of referrals Candidate Requirements: MASH Referrals.MASH Information Requests.Public Sector / Local Authority Experience. *We offer a market leading referral scheme of up to £250 so if you know of someone who may also be looking for an exciting career opportunity*To apply for this role please email ##### & call Dane on01772 954 200.
