Location: Cambridge or Manchester - Hybrid

Your role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for Development, and growth of new business through direct sales activity and candidate management in line with SRG business plan.

Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the SRG promises.

Your responsibilities:

Grow network across specific skillsets which are critical to our sector and use this to drive business growth.
Attend events representing SRG and win new customers.
Manage and expand existing accounts to improve overall service and spend, by building great relationships and understanding their pain points.
Build relationships based on trust with candidates across life science development & manufacturing, to support them throughout their career. Requirements:

Proven track record of securing new business opportunities and building business and candidates relationships.
Technical background to understand key processes across life sciences and communicate them effectively to people in industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
A passion for helping candidates and clients achieve their goals.
Degree in a STEM subject or scientific experience is advantageous. What we offer:
