A mid-sized insights and growth strategy agency with a real foothold in the FMCG space. They combine advanced analytics with the creativity and human brilliance of their consultants to provide their clients with growth opportunities. Much of their work is in data and analytics, using tools such as Brandwatch and social listening tools and following it up by generating insights and strategic recommendations. Their size allows for multi-disciplinary and collaborative teams, yet an agile approach to working with clients that the larger companies cannot compete with.
About The Role
The Senior Consultant will work with clients and the wider team on several accounts in multiple sectors, but primarily on global FMCG projects. The role will be varied but will heavily include data and quantitative research, generating consumer insights, and brainstorming strategic recommendations. The Senior Consultant role is both right and left brained; you will be using data to tell engaging stories.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting quantitative research and analysis, building usable data sets to extract insights and generate recommendations. This will partly be done using tools such as Brandwatch.
Generating consumer insights and translating them through engaging storytelling.
Understanding and immersing yourself in the challenges that clients face to properly grasp growth opportunities and the hurdles you may come across.
Working directly with clients to understand what they're looking for, keeping them in the loop with project progress, and other client communications.
Working with senior team members to develop and grow junior team members.
Acting as an ambassador for the agency whenever needed.
About You
At least 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency.
Experienced in gathering and analysing quantitative data, as well as in generating consumer insights to create new opportunities.
Experienced in using Brandwatch and other social listening and data analytics tools.
Sector agnostic is preferable, but experience in the FMCG space is essential.
Consulting skillset would be ideal.
Collaborative and proactive; must be able to work with the wider team on larger projects but also be able to take the initiative and work independently when required.
Must be able to tell engaging stories to clients.
