As a Senior Consultant you thrive on taking full ownership for program delivery as well as working with the Senior Leadership to; drive business opportunities, provide insight into the evolution of cutting-edge client solutions, and lead and develop a project team that consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.The RoleAs a Senior Consultant at DT your primary focus will be on delivering projects that intelligently combine our people, our thinking, and our unique approach to advisory services. You will work with leading companies in the life sciences sector, and help these companies conceptualise, enable, and thrive on their transformational efforts.Specifically, you will lead consulting projects and solutions to the highest levels of client satisfaction by:Using innovative consulting methodologies to collect data and insight from a range of sources and turn these into practical recommendations and solutions for clients through creative storytelling.Facilitating large scale and/or senior client workshops, including the preparation of underlying materials, the design and management of the sessions.Managing and coaching multidisciplinary and international teams.Becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.Working with global senior stakeholders to manage their expectations and ensure successful project work.Managing project KPIs, including revenue tracking and overall project health metrics.Outside of project work you will:Contribute to DT’s proposition development.Support business development – from developing client relationships, identifying and defining opportunities and projects, and writing business proposals.Collaborate with DT’s Research Directors and account leads in writing new point-of-views, industry benchmark reports and other insight documents.Your ExperienceProven experience designing and delivering CX and/or digital transformation initiatives, this would include the following:Articulating omnichannel / digital excellence and working with clients to identify gaps and solutions to move towards a ‘north star’ state.Developing enterprise content and channel strategies.Designing and implementing programs to improve core omnichannel engagement capabilities e.g. content, channel, data, and analytics.Designing and implementing CX transformation programs e.g. CX vision, CX insight and CX MeasurementStrong working knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools.Experience with the facilitation of workshops and presentations to clients.Management and mentorship of team members, onsite and offshore.Good understanding of organizational change management as a key component of clients’ transformation cycles.Excellent project delivery / management, including financials, reporting and tracking.Strong interest and curiosity in anything related to customer experience management and experience design.Solid understanding of the life science industry, having worked with senior global stakeholders within different verticals.Desired SkillsFirst-class analytical and consulting skills, including project management, client management, delivery, and people management.Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills.An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work.You will be based in our UK office and visit clients around the world. This role does not involve prolonged periods working at a single client site. International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time.
