They are looking for a Senior Project Management Consultant with good leadership
skills to deliver internal projects and become a SME for defined areas of operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent mentoring skills and will be
able to provide pastoral / developmental advice to consultants, and share insights and
feedback based on team engagement and challenges.
You will need to have high-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Developing detailed project plans that include timelines, tasks, and resource
allocation.

Managing project risks, issues, and changes, escalating critical issues when
required.
Capture business requirements and maintain project documentation including;
requirements documentation, use cases, test plans, and training materials.

High-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Confidently discuss platform capabilities and differences between products with
clients.
Ability to analyse data/information and produce reports to reflect findings, progress
Influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge to encourage discussion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
