The Moorhouse Operating Model team sit within our Strategy and Customer service line. We work along side our clients as a strategic advisor and a delivery partner, providing a range of services to help them articulate what they are here to do and how they set themselves up to succeed.
We are seeing increased demand from clients for support with the definition and translation of strategic direction and the design and development of new operating models, particularly in the Energy and Utilities and Life Sciences sectors.

As a Senior Consultant you will have:
4 - 6 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering operating models within industry
A commercial mindset, with experience in leading bids, shaping proposals, pitching to clients and a network of relevant relationships
A collabortive approach, working alongside your colleagues to support one another and maximise the value we deliver to our clients
A keen interest in playing an active role within the Strategy & Customer Service Line team, supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams
A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
Experience
Strategy experience in the following areas:
Energy and Utlilties or Life Sciences experience is important but we are open to exploring candidates with cross-sector sector experience
As a Senior Consultant you will have:
Experience shaping and translating strategy at an enterprise and functional level, paying particular attention to how strategy is practically implemented
Have experience leading small teams, or a workstream
An ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of organisations, identifying pain points and their root causes
Experience working with strategy frameworks and approaches that support you in your delivery
The ability to think innovatively about the design and delivery of new approaches, functions and services that clients may need and a digital by default approach
An understanding of how to break down complex messages and models in an engaging and creative way (i.e. being able to take people on the journey)
Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior (Sr. director/C-suite) client stakeholders
A keen interest in Strategy & Customer work, supporting the development of our propositions

A total cash package in excess of £80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
