A Head of Product role leading a product team, within a well-known retailer, accelerate the role of digital within their organisation.What you’ll be doing:You will support our existing and future Clients with consultancy services – concentrating (albeit not exclusively) on digital change and delivery transformationHave in depth experience of Client-side Commerce operations and change strategiesStrategically lead the development of consultancy team proposition around the two key areas of structured digital change and delivery transformationCreate frameworks and approaches to key consultancy offerings to give structure and confidence to our customerWork in Agile environments and utilise this methodology to drive business efficiency, understand Agile transformation and how to apply the core principals across businesses at differing levels of Agile maturityBring together CX, data and tech services to run joined up consultancy engagements for brands and retailersYou will bring new ways of working, innovative ideas and experiences to our teams and be passionate about making the difference both in the short term but also embedding these into the longer term culture of our BusinessYou will help grow your client’s business by helping them develop their customer propositionWhat we want from you:Experience of leading product teams and managing a broad portfolio of products, ideally in a retail setting utilising theDemonstrate considerable commercial acumen, using this knowledge to prioritise across a portfolio of products. Use commercial expertise to coach, challenge & guide their teams and stakeholdersManaging and influencing senior stakeholders from across disciplines, bringing them on the journey of what your portfolio is delivering and being able to show demonstrable value to drive continued supportConstant customer focus considers opportunities across a portfolio to add value to the customer and stakeholder landscape.Data driven, defines and drives the use of product metrics to prioritise and deliver effective roadmaps, seek data to make informed decisions and consistently measure performanceAdept at utilising a variety of product processes to drive efficiency and optimise all parts of the product lifecycle across their portfolioStrategic vision, creating, driving, and championing long-term vision for the portfolio in line with the overarching business strategy.
