DescriptionDo you have business analysis experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? At Cognizant we are looking for a Senior Consultant with a deep knowledge of the Public Sector for a role at Manager grade. The role is hybrid role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
As a Senior Consultant/Business Analyst, you will conduct effective analysis to clarify, define or evaluate business problems, opportunities or requirements for change and deliver solutions using the client's chosen methodology.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
Use your influencing, negotiation and communication skills to challenge business requirements where appropriate working closely with the client SME's, key stakeholders and other suppliers
Support the effective management of change by providing clear insight into the business' readiness for change and the impacts on people, processes and systems.
To apply for this Senior Consultant role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
Prior experience delivering to UK Public Sector clients
Ability to use core analytical techniques, including: Definition and documentation of business requirements in line with Agile methodology
Stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a complex client environment, large programmes and able to develop working relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders and SMEs
Core consulting skills - good written and verbal communications, presentation and facilitation skills.
