A respected and client-focused Construction Consultancy in Bristol is on the lookout for a proactive and personable Senior Construction Project Manager to enhance their team.

This role provides an opportunity to manage a diverse range of projects across education, commercial real estate, residential, and healthcare sectors, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards from inception to completion.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the helm of various projects, demonstrating your expertise in leading them through their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting other senior staff in project delivery and internal processes.

Additionally, you'll assist associate directors with resource management, fee budgets, and reporting, making your role crucial to the consultancy's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a wide range of projects in sectors like education, commercial real estate, residential, and healthcare.
• Supporting senior team members in project delivery and managing internal processes.
• Aiding in resource management, fee budgets, and reporting.
• Ensuring project execution meets the highest standards from inception to completion.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Ideally, should hold Chartered accreditation with extensive post-qualification experience in a Construction Consultancy.
• Must have a proven ability to deliver large, complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ideally has previous management or leadership experience.
• Should be capable of generating new work for the company, showcasing business development skills.
• Needs to possess excellent client relationship skills, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
