With an impressive pipeline of projects, winning awards for sustainability, they are a household name for quality and efficiency.They are now seeking a Procurement Leader with strong experience within the Construction category and working on a number of Engineering/Infrastructure projects to head-up their project procurement operation, to continue to grow their reputation as a market leader.As a Procurement Specialist you will:Analyse factors such as market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures, to identify and unlock opportunities for growth in collaboration with key stakeholders.Collaborate with the Category Manager to foster new relationships with specialist suppliers who align with the company's growth plans and are suitable for specific projects.Deliver on a number of traditional category specialist tasks - including but not limited to tendering, negotiating, contracting, and supplier relationship management.Lead a team of Project Buyers, nurturing a culture for innovative thinking and enthusiasm.Key skills required:Extensive experience within Construction procurement.
