Senior Construction Planner

We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to become an integral part of our client's dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Company overview: The company are a leading property development and construction group delivering residential, student, retail, and commercial accommodation projects across the north west.

The role: As a Senior Planner you'll be required to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You'll optimise project timelines and deliverables, identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track, and monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Projects: You'll be working on a range of high rise multi storey projects valued at �50m+.

Salary and package: On offer is an excellent salary and package of up to �90,000.
