Job DescriptionSenior Planner - Tier 1 Contractor - Kings CrossMy client is a Tier 1 Contractor with a strong workload throughout London and They work across sectors including Life Sciences, Leisure, Commercial, Education and Residential with project values up to £200m.My client are looking for an accomplished Senior Planner to work within their high performing London region. This will include a mix of tender and live planning across both JCT and NEC forms of contract. You will be a highly competent user of ASTA Power Project and have significant experience in the Tier 1 Contracting market.Key DutiesProduce fully logic linked design, procure and construct tender programmesProduce and assist in the production of tender logistics plans, method statements, and temporary works (TW) schedules.Engage with supply chain and team members to discuss and achieve optimum programme and method solutionsProduce robust fully logic linked design, procurement, construction and commission tender programmesProduce tender deliverables as required (agreed at tender kick off meeting)Produce (or lead if outsourced) logistics plans / phasing plansEnsure all deliverables are produced to the agreed Tender Activity Programme (TAP) timescales to ensure they are available to other members of the tender team in good timeEngage with supply chain and team members to discuss and achieve optimum programme and method solutionsWhat's in it for you?My client is offering a basic salary of up to £95k + Car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus scheme and full package in addition
