The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and budgetary constraints.Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships.Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures to optimise project profitability and efficiency.Prepare and present regular progress reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.Mentor and develop junior staff members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of successful project management on high-profile construction projects, preferably within the prime residential, commercial, or private education sectors.Extensive experience in construction managementStrong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.Valid CSCS card and relevant industry certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid at Work).Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and healthcare coverageOpportunities for career development and advancement within a leading construction companyA supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on employee wellbeing and professional growthWe currently have 4,082 live graduate jobs and we're adding more all the time.
