Kenna Recruitment are representing a leading fit out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Senior Construction Manager to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out projects across the London region including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele. They are on the hunt for a project manager to join the Design & Build side of the business specialising in projects between £1-10 million.

Highly established Fit out Contractor and with a strong pipeline for year 2024 already so need a project manager to take on some interesting projects, they value their employees and have a great reputation for a low staff turnover and progressing their employees to the next level of their career.
About the role:
The main purpose as a Senior Construction Manager , will be to deliver the projects from start to finish and liaising with a visiting Project Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate can have experience in managing commercial fit out schemes Cat A & Cat B varying from £1million to £10 million in value ,

Making sure the project is delivered safely through to completion.
Work is done in the highest standard.
Providing regular updates
Meet deadlines.
