Job Title: Senior Construction ManagerLocation: Central LondonSize / Value: £16MSector: Commercial OfficesRecruiting Timescales: ImmediateSalary: £70,000 - £75,000PAYE / Contractor: PAYERough explanation of what's involved on the project:- Help complete construction of London-based project with a mechanical bias.- Follow-on project to large-scale London project in Berkley Square, Mayfair.- Project duration through to 2027.Responsibilities:- Overseeing all major mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction activities.- Ensuring the timely completion of construction milestones.- Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.- Managing project budgets and expenditures.- Collaborating with other project managers to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction.- Monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.- Providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.- Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.- Leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals
