Arguably the hottest Senior Construction Manager opportunity in the North West right now!� Our client, one of the fastest growing Tier 1 Main Contractors in the UK, has recently secured �120m worth of Industrial & Logistics projects across Manchester.� As Senior Construction Manager you will be No.2 to an onsite Project Director and will be responsible for the day to day delivery of this multi-unit development.� This is a high profile role on high profile projects.
Senior Construction Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Precon project set up
- Resource management, heading up a large team of Engineers and Site Managers
- Subcontractor management
- QA / Programme management
- H&S management
Senior Construction Manager experience required:
- Minimum 15 years' career experience
- Previous No.2 experience on a major project
- Industrial & Logistics project experience - desirable
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified�
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
