We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction and Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of super prime properties for an Ultra High Net Worth individual. This role requires a strategic thinker to provide oversight and guidance on all property and construction-related matters. Reporting directly to the client, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will manage the overall property portfolio, ensuring efficient ongoing management and value for the client.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice on construction projects, including design, procurement, budget, and variation control.
• Review and summarize key project documents, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee preliminary matters like development briefs, project team appointments, and insurance.
• Manage project costs, forecasts, and team performance.
• Coordinate design efforts and manage the planning process.
• Participate in tendering and negotiation processes.
• Ensure legal compliance and responsibility for ongoing property management.
Requirements:
• Degree educated, preferably in a property-related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in senior construction management.
• Strong strategic planning and advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Experience working with UHNW individuals or high-end real estate preferred.
