V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a strong Administrator to join our client's team in a dual role, assisting with aftercare coordination and providing administrative support to senior management.

  • Proficient using Procore.

  • Organised individual who pays attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to show initiative

  • Interested in perfecting processes aiming for continuous improvement





Duties include:




  • Liaising with clients taking calls regarding aftercare issues that arise.

  • Logging aftercare tasks in the portal.

  • Closing out aftercare tasks in the portal once completed.

  • Follow up calls with clients to ensure work has been satisfactory.�

  • Providing admin support to senior management.�

  • Acting as Procore champion for the business providing support to wider business when it comes to training and improving usage.

  • Carrying out audit checks on Procore.

  • Providing general admin support to the compliance team.
