Votel Venues are now looking to add another great person to their venue sourcing and hotel booking team. We are looking for a Senior Conference & Events Coordinator who will be part of the great fun team supporting the Ops Director based from our head office in Harpenden.
The day to day role will be supporting our clients with their venue finding needs; understanding the various briefs, the types of venues which suit our clients' needs and objectives and then proposing a shortlist of venues to the client which satisfy their goals.
You will be liaising with venues, negotiating on rates and cancellation terms with the primary goal of adding value to the client's venue finding goal and ultimately finding them a venue which ticks all their boxes and objectives.
On occasion, as part of the role, you will attend FAM trips and other industry events representing Votel, but also to increase your own personal network and knowledge.
The role is a full time permanent role based from our head office in Harpenden.
The right person will come from a hotel sales office background or another venue finding business background.
Knowledge of Venue Directory would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

Package is between £26,000 Basic and £30,000 Basic (subject to experience) + Bonus + Benefits
