Senior Compliance Surveyor

Housing provider in the Nottingham area are looking for an interim compliance consultant for an initial period of two months.
Purpose of the role:
The role is responsible for administering and leading on all aspects of Compliance and Safety (inc. Gas, Electricity, Legionella, Asbestos, Fire, Radon, Lifts etc.) for the housing stock, staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP), official guidance standards and best practice, ensuring that a robust performance management system is implemented leading to effective compliance being achieved.
