We are looking for someone who can work independently and to their own initiative but enjoys being part of a sociable and high energy team.You will be responsible for completing complex end to end reviews to ensure our business is being compliant. You need to be confident in checking and challenging any risk you may identify at any point in the process, and ensure you are priotising your work effectively. To excel within this role, you will need to be adaptable, tenacious, and organised. You will be coaching and supporting the Compliance Team and represent the team in internal and external meetings and events.What you’ll be working on:Delivery effective monitoring and analysis of operational functionsIdentifying areas of improvement, and working collaboratively to make recommendations for changesPlanning of monitoring activities, and designing the annual compliance monitoring planConducting comprehensive assessments of real customer journeysSupporting and conducting complex thematic reviews as part of the programmesResponsible for the completion of monthly recommendation/action reportingWriting reports to feedback directly with relevant stakeholders, identifying any issues or trendsDelivering fully maintained work programmesCompleting complex investigations on suspicious activityUndertake horizon scanning and prepare gap analysisWe are looking for someone with:A good understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a regulatorAbility to identify risk and recommend actions to mitigate risks identifiedAbility to communicate effectively at all levels within the business, both verbally and in writingCustomer focused with ability to develop and maintain effective business relationshipsA proven track record of building and developing effective working relationshipsPrevious experience in a conduct risk, compliance monitoring and / or call quality roleWhat happens next?If this sounds like you and you’d like to join our company then apply now!Working for Cabot:You’ll be working for an award winning; Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.
