Senior Compliance Manager - Real Estate

Job Description
One of the markets leading Real Estate Investment Managers are looking to hire an experienced and Senior Compliance Manager who can support the Global Head of Risk and Compliance managing compliance initiatives across the business.
This role requires an experienced professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of delivery operating across all levels.
The role will partner with the Global Head on the following:
Complying with FCA requirements
Compliance oversight on regulated entities
Supporting the global agenda
Policy and procedure review and assessment
Regulatory analysis
Compliance monitoring
Project & Change Management (regulatory, people and process)
Third party service provider management
Experience
Previous experience gained within Real Estate Investment Management
Solid experience across regulatory frameworks both compliance and financial crime
Experience at a Senior level gained within a regulated FCA organisation
Knowledge of UK compliance requirements and ideally other regulatory jurisdictions.
Experience of producing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
