The Role
We are working with a multinational security and aerospace company who are looking for a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in London on a 12-month FTC.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Issue of standard Stock Exchange announcements, e.g. directors’ dealings, major shareholder holdings, directorate changes.
Filing PDMR associated FCA notifications.
Ensure the smooth management of the Company’s share register, including the payment of dividends, shareholder correspondence etc.
Draft procedural notes for company secretarial tasks on an ongoing basis.
Assist the production of the Annual Report.
Requirements for the Role:
3-4 years’ experience working in a UK listed company secretariat department is crucial with proven company secretarial experience.
Understanding of a regulatory environment within a PLC.
Qualified or Part qualified with the CGI (Chartered Governance Institute).
Self-motivated, highly organised, process driven and has good attention to detail.
