About the positionEach Mindspace location has its conductor who orchestrates it all - the Senior Community Manager. This full time position is based in London. You will report directly to the city lead and will be running the show at your location, responsible for training and managing all community managers and community associates, and setting the standard for Mindspace’s immensely engaging atmosphere.Responsibilities100% client facing, create an all-round amazing customer-journey experience, so that every single Mindspace member will feel like a superstarTrain and grow the community management teamMaintain ongoing communications and ensure the smooth-running operations and maintenance of your location, collaborating with the operations managerOversee events sales via strategy and goal setting, and oversee their executionImprove community procedures using existing metrics and KPI’sBe the loyal person of contact for community members, solving all member-related issuesBe the life of the party; establish a strong local community via event planning and individual networking effortsCreate an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity - both internally and externallyRequirementsHas minimum 2 years of industry experienceExperience in team management (a must)Four-year college degree MBA/MA (an advantage)Experience in events sales (an advantage)Great verbal and written communication skills
