Are you interested in joining a well-established specialist construction system manufacturer in a Senior Management role?



Our Client is a specialist manufacturer and installer of a range of innovative products primarily utilised in the High-Rise Residential sector of the Construction Industry offering solutions ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.



Key Responsibilities of the role



Reporting to: Managing Director



As a Senior Commercial Sales Manager, you will be tasked to manage all sales aspects of our Client’s operation, including Sales Development, Tender and Bid Processes, Internal Sales, and Marketing Functions.



Main Responsibilities will include:




  • Managing and Developing existing Client base along with developing New Clients.

  • Seeking and developing New Business Opportunities.

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with all Clients.

  • Developing our Client’s business within the LA / Social Housing Sector with Housing Providers and Specialist Contractors/

  • Formulating and executing a Business Plan.

  • Preparation of Reports and Presentations for Board Members including forecasting.

  • Overseeing the completion of Tender / Bid submissions along with negotiation of final contract details.

  • Leading Trade Exhibitions and Events

  • Decision-making for full sales life cycle.



Key Knowledge and Experience required.



Essential




  • Experience in the high-rise construction sector is preferable.

  • Conversant with Tender / Bid Process.

  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to ‘think outside of the box.’

  • Results driven.

  • Commercially focused.

  • Knowledge of construction products.
