Senior Commercial Property Paralegal
One of the fastest growing firms in the City are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.
Commercial Property Paralegal Responsibilities:
Working closely with 2 high billing successful Partners, you will assist commercial property duties including:
Manage a case load of commercial property matters and transactions.
Apply for searches.
Drafting AP1s, SDLT returns, engagement letters and completion statements.
Progressing transactions through to completion, drafting and negotiating deed, reviewing replies to enquiries.
Draft and negotiate real estate documents.
Manage case files and assist with both pre and post completion tasks.
Conduct property searches, including Land Registry and local authorities searches.
Liaise with clients and third-party professionals, including surveyors and mortgage lenders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislations.
About You:
Strong academics including Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
The firm are seeking those with at least 2 years’ Commercial Property experience ideally from a law firm environment.
This role would suit an applicant with high levels of motivation and responsiveness.
