Description and Requirements
Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure Anglian Water team in Works Relocation, Cambridge.
What you'll do:
Develop and lead your commercial team to deploy an industry-leading commercial management process.
Be part of and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team working alongside the Project Director, Project Lead, Senior Design Manager, SHWE Lead, and HR & People Lead.
Develop new ways of working to reduce carbon, increase biodiversity, address climate change, and embrace innovations and new digital technologies, whilst working with the project commercial constraints and requirements.
Grow your professional internal and external networks with the project, directorate, and the wider Anglian Water business.
Manage all commercial aspects of a multi-partner enterprises.
Assist in the appointment of specialist contractors and the management of the specialist contractors’ commercial team, contracts to cost, time, quality & safety requirements.
What you'll bring to the role:
MRICS qualified highly desirable/degree educated in a relevant subject.
Preferably a chartered or working towards chartered status.
Experience on major projects as the Commercial Lead.
Experience in NEC Forms of Contract.
Detailed working knowledge of contract/commercial law.
