Our client, a market leader in technology services spanning core IT, cyber security, and AI, is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join their expanding team. This hybrid role involves working a few days a month in the Belfast office.
Role Overview:
Act as a trusted commercial adviser, offering comprehensive guidance to the deal leadership team.
Identify risks, liabilities, and commitments in contractual agreements, ensuring clear understanding and awareness of potential impacts.
Define the correlation between contractual terms, pricing structures, and solutions.
Draft terms with legal support when necessary.
