Senior Commercial Legal Counsel - In-house

Job Description
S&H have been exclusively instructed by a market leading consumer brand to find a Senior Legal Counsel.
Reporting to the General Counsel and working as part of a top tier and prestigious team, you will be responsible for a variety of areas including:
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of all types.
Commercial and corporate advisory to the business and a variety of stakeholders.
Advising on wider matters related to commercial deals including Employment Law, Marketing, Competition and IP
The ideal candidate will have qualified at a reputable law firm and have extensive corporate/commercial legal experience as well as good business acumen and understanding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to go in-house or for a Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel to step up to a more leadership focused role.

Hybrid working model (circa 2 days a week in office)
