If so then we want to hear from you!Our Commercial & Marketing team needs a Senior Commercial Insight Executive to join them in either our Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, West Sussex office. In this role you’ll define, gather, analyse, and distribute intelligence about our products, trends and competitors within the industry. You will then use your skills and this information to support executives and managers in making strategic decisions for the organisation.Learning, evolving, adapting. When the data speaks, we listen!You’ll be great in this role if you have:In depth research skills both desk based and primary researchAn inquisitive mindset and approach to problem solvingWhat’s involved: Research, capture and analyse data to make recommendations for marketing strategies, product development and strategic initiativesConduct research on competitor journeys and produce reports summarising findings and making actionable recommendationsCo-ordinate market research campaigns to identify market trends and new competitors and productsPerform macro market analysis and undertake financial reviews of competitor annual reports and company presentationsAssist with writing reports for senior stakeholders and designing and delivering presentationsResponsible for the production of management information and monthly dashboardsEnsure all marketing material is signed off by the relevant parties prior to distributionEnsure compliance with company and other relevant standards/ regulations at all timesAny other reasonable duties as requiredYour ExperienceRelevant experience required, preferably within the insurance sectorPreferably a degree in a relevant subject e.g. Marketing or EconomicsSkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical, mathematical and data mining skillsSelf-motivated and drivenGood time management and organisation skillsProblem solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to solving problemsGood literacy and numeracy skillsFully conversant with all aspects of MS OfficeKnowledgeAn excellent understanding of the business objectives and operationsIdeally a sound knowledge of the industryBehavioursProfessional, confident and personableA flexible approach and positive attitudeBe able to multi task with a range of internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated and enthusiasticAble to view activities form a customer’s perspectiveAbility to manage multiple projects effectively and within deadlineAn organised and pro-active approachAble to work on own initiative and as part of a teamEmphasis on attention to detail and accuracyAble to work collaboratively with a variety of internal departmentsStrives to drive business improvements to contribute to the success of the businessInterested?
