Senior College Services Advisor (Academic Services)Reference number: JR235273Location: London BridgeWorking pattern: Full-TimeContract Type: PermanentNumber of roles: 1Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Per annum + BenefitsWe are looking for a Senior College Services Advisor (Academic Services) to join our team.As a Senior College Services Advisor initially within the Academic Services team, you will lead, or support activities related to the following:Supporting and monitoring students with academic queries, module changes, and English exemptions.Supporting and monitoring the distribution of academic reports to student’s parents, agents, and sponsors.Supporting academic boards with secretary tasks and academic data preparation.Supporting and leading results’ communication to students, and distribution of transcripts.Supporting and leading classing students and administration of exams.A detailed job description can be viewed here.What you’ll bring to the roleAbility and willingness to deliver excellent customer service skills.High level of verbal and written communication skills.Strong interest in working in education and in particular with international students.Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel (ideally with an ability to work with formulae, VLOOKUP and pivot tables).Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.Willingness to work flexibly.Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals, ideally with some experience of having led activities or teams.Attention to detail and demonstrable understanding of the importance of confidentiality.Ability to take initiative.A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.What we doThe role is based at Kaplan International College London (KIC London), a vibrant university pathways college where students from more than 80 countries come to prepare for entry onto undergraduate or postgraduate courses at one of our 7 prestigious university partners.
