Want to join us?The role. Zilch is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and is currently in search of a Collections Manager to join our proactive and fast-paced environment. Your role involves leading and guiding the BPO and DRA collections teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes aligned with our strategy. You'll thrive in navigating collections and recoveries data, leveraging insights to track progress and anticipate future trends, presenting clear explanations to Senior Management. Regularly revising and enhancing collections procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards is pivotal. Your expertise will drive process improvements and automation, enhancing customer experiences through data-driven innovations and collaboration across functions. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, managing, and mentoring team members, fostering their professional growth and success. Day to day responsibilities.Report to the VP of Collections regarding collections performance, collections targets, SLA’s and KPI.Lead and manage the BPO and DRA collections teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes in line with the collections strategy and ensuring they are well equipped to meet SLAs and KPIs.Able to forecast future trends in collections and recoveries, highlighting risks and opportunities early in the process and being able to explain these trends to Senior Management.Regularly review, update collections procedures and processes to ensure they are complaint with the company and regulatory policies. You will be comfortable with demonstrating collections progress by being on top of numbers and trends.Bring improvements and automation to existing processes and customer journeys using data, industry knowledge, process innovation and cross function collaboration.Recruit, manage and coach existing team members and help them achieve their career goals. Zilch is looking for an individual with 2+ years in the Collections Manager / Senior Manager
Capacity within the consumer lending industry.
Highly skilled and experienced with the ability to report back under quick turnaround times and the
ability to create insightful and detailed reports.
Highly numerate with excellent data interpretation, presentation and facilitation skills.
Thorough understanding of FCA regulations, conduct rules,
Continuous learning mindset and up-to-date knowledge of training industry trends and best
practices.
Being proactive in constantly searching for improved ways of functioning and being able to make
changes to existing functions where appropriate.
