The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager will
Oversee your team to support the market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures for up to 30 hotels
Ensure that the sales and pricing strategies within your team are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting
Identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks
Actively engage in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and control
Lead a team of from 6 to 10 Revenue Managers
Have strong leadership skills
Experience of O nQ , Ideas,
As S enior Cluster Revenu e Manager will have
At least 5 years Cluster or Regional Revenue Manage ment experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Great influencing, leadership, planning, organisational and communication skills
A commercial and proactive approach
Great training and coaching skills and introduce change effectively
Agility to respond to different work situations , be accountable and resilient
T he ability to impact and and influence at all levels
Experience of working within a Hotel Revenue department
