Job Description We’re recruiting for aSenior Client Service Solutions Managerto join us to oversee and act as an escalation point for the Client Service Support Team and be the primary contact within Global Client Service Operations (GCSO) for all other business areasWhat you'll be doing:Regularly reviewing the service provided to Client Teams and understanding of challenges faced, sharing output with GCSO management teamLeading the design for any changes to the operating modelReviewing and monitoring of thenon-vanilla models – ensuring fit for purpose and considering strategic solutionsRegularly reviewing the opportunity pipeline with stakeholdersOwning the assessment & design of complex elements of the onboarding journeyWorkingclosely with distribution to monitor best practice guides – ensuring tactical solutions are closely monitored and strategic solutions are being consideredActing as an escalation point across all the Client Teams for LGIM’s operational service issues and assist in overseeing the on-going suitability of the operational service of LGIM’s pooled and segregated institutional clients.Acting as Operations project lead/representative on operational and client service projects and steering groups working closely with Client Teams and other key stakeholdersMaintaining excellent working relationships around key business areas at all times and develop your ability to engage with senior management to represent client service interests / issuesDemonstratinga strong level of knowledge of LGIM products and operational platform and understanding of clients strategy and service requirements Qualifications Who we're looking for:Strong overall investment knowledge including and understanding of the different investment vehicle optionsKnowledge of current investment market and economic issuesExperience within the investment management industry including providing an exceptional level of client service and sales supportDemonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levelsExperience working within the pensions or insuranceindustry would be desirableGood negotiation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
