Our client is a top-tier asset management firm. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Client Service Executive (Contract) to join their high-performing Client Service team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.Reporting directly to the Client Service Team Manager, the Senior Client Service Executive (Contract) will take responsibility for the following duties:Support the team with managing new/existing client relationships and providing an excellent experience.Be the key contact for clients and their queries, escalating where required.Monitor and ensure client invoices are distributed and paid on time.Responsible for Due Diligence reviews, as required.Build close relationships with internal teams and external contacts.Attend client meetings/calls and contribute, where appropriate.The Senior Client Service Executive (Contract) will meet the following skillset:Relevant client service experience within the investment management sector.Strong knowledge of institutional markets.IAQ or IMC qualified.Organised with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.Self-motivated with the drive to exceed results.Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.If you believe your experience meets the criteria of Senior Client Service Executive (Contract), please apply with a copy of your CV.Note, this is a highly competitive position.
