We are one of the largest players in Supply Chain Management services for the fashion and lifestyle market. Started in 1862 as a transport company, we have developed into a full end-to-end logistics provider with specific expertise in e-commerce. This involves advocating the Bleckmann Culture, and maintaining strong relationships across three distribution centers (currently two in the UK and one in the Netherlands).
At this moment this is a full time role but when the hyper case phase is over, we will reduce working days to a maximum of 3.
Oversee the development and performance of our client within the entire organization.
Serve as the escalation point for client management.
Contract Management:
Utilize client insights and data analytics to identify service and pricing opportunities.
Establish robust customer account plans and maintain weekly NPS score dashboards for the Distribution Centres
Proficient in designing and executing global programs related to retention, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and KPI/SLA management.
Possesses excellent knowledge of financial cost price calculations and adeptly works with pricing models.
Demonstrates strategic and commercial acumen.
Strong ability to strategically influence key stakeholders using data-driven insights.
Senior experience in conducting departmental reviews, driving continuous improvements, and implementing projects.
Capable of driving organizational transformation.
Holds an academic business study background or demonstrates a high level of critical thinking.
Proficiently steers data analysis initiatives and creates comprehensive PowerPoint presentations with clear key messages.
