A consortium of experts who have recently formed a new company dedicated to finding urgent solutions to RAAC.They are busy and have taken on three new projects in London, Wolverhampton, and Bradford to remove and replace existing roofing structures where RAAC has been identified for replacement. As such, they have a new opportunity for a highly experienced Clerk of Works or Senior Site Manager to join their team and deliver this series of re-roofing projects on large public buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented construction professional to play a key role in delivering essential works across multiple locations.The Role:Manage RAAC re-roofing projects. Typically on public sector buildings in London, Wolverhampton and Bradford (site project value circa £300k)Oversee site safety, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulationsControl works and contractors, guaranteeing projects are completed to the highest standards and on scheduleMaintain clear communication with the senior contracts manager and client, providing regular updates on progressManage travel arrangements between project sitesWe are looking for a candidate with:Proven experience as a Senior Clerk of Works or Site Manager with commercial re roofing project experienceIdeally with knowledge of RAAC.Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sitesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA valid driving license and vehicle.What's on Offer:Competitive daily rate of £300-£350 plus expensesInitial 3-4 month contract with a strong chance of extensionPotential for a permanent role as the company expandsThe opportunity to work with a leading RAAC consortiumTo Apply:If you are a seasoned construction professional with RAAC or Re roofing experience, please get in touch. Please note this is an active requirement and we shortlisting as applications are received.
